2KM manufacture a range of systems for the metering mixing and application of single and multi- component reactive polymer processing systems. Many machines share a common format or metering system but are then tailored to meet specific application criteria.

2KM machine range covers:

PolyMix - for high viscosity adhesive application direct from supplied containers.

SilcoStar - For processing of RTV & LSR Silicones.

Process Flow Mix - Precision metering system hydraulic or electrical drive.

Process Gear Mix - for low to medium viscosity materials, PU, epoxy, LSR, methacrylates, etc.

PolyTool - Metering system for high viscosity, low density pastes.

TipMix - Mixing and airless spraying of fast reaction materials.

ResinMix - Metering systems utilising high pressure axial piston pumps.

2KM can also manufacture hybrid system which combines technologies for the correct process.
