The PolyMix machine covers a wide range of applications, materials and processes. The system was one of the first machines produced by 2KM specifically for the processing of high viscosity materials directly from the supplied containers. The units can process Epoxy, Polyurethanes, Silicones and Methacrylates. The systems are formatted for processing from 20, 60, 205 litre drums or 1000 litre IBC.

The machines are designed for the toughest of applications including high viscosity and high material flow rates. The units are used in the composites industry, wind blade production, automotive applications and many more areas.

System shown is the PolyMix 2000 used in the manufacture of wind blades.
